Gavin Younge's sculpture outside LongKloof Studios, built from steel found in the bowels of the earth, has returned whence it came from in a fitting pavement-crushing end to it's cyclical theme. The enormous 14m monumental sculpture came crashing to the ground, finally no match for its fifteenth winter. It'll be one hell of a job to get this one fixed.

Sincere condolences to Mr Younge.

thank god it was raining so i dragged myself off to the nightshelter. would have landed right on my head.

predating the other young's I HJEART NEW WORK, this was known as The Big Orange, a studnt project which transmogrified into The Big Ou.
