Is it just me, or is this action(not your posting of it) in very poor taste? Do we all really hate capitalism so much that we thrall at the downfall of bankers? We're all linked in some way to the markets. This just seems like kneejerk Hating On The Man 101 kinda shit...
Don't you ever read the fuckin newspapers. They have caused, by being insanely and knowingly greedy, a global depression that is going to result in death by starvation of thousands of innocent people, many of them right here on your doorstep. Doesn't any of this matter to you?
It's really not that simple, Zack de la Rocha. but i appreciate your accusatory tone, ta. I do so hope we can get together soon to share a nice warm mug of liberal myopia.
Bankers are only part of the problem: shady mortgate lenders and fundamentally flawed lending legislation in major Western countries have initiated much of the shake-up.
Greed is a given, and is an obvious necessity for acquisituve cultures such as ours to flourish. What is unforgiveable is absence of political or legislative intervention in systems that were bound to fail.
