"What are you doing to help? Hey? Stop roasting the Artheat people, at least they're doing something. Negativity is not helping anyone."
Now I think this response misses the point slightly.
What I think is the issue here is that many people who read Artheat support it and adore what it stands for, and want it to retain a certain level of quality, and 'coolness' (if I may use that word). When an Artheat reader (who, lets face, is the reason for the blog) complains about a piss-poor post from a contributer who has a shoddy, hole-ridden track record, the response should instead be:
"Shit mate, you're right. This contributer should be let go. We've given her a boat-load of chances but all she's succeeded in doing is disappointing readers and bringing down the standard of this beloved and well supported site. Maybe we're going to have to let her go".
When a person complains, they're not being lazy and apathetic. They're helping to keep the site as good as it is, and trying to help is become better. Oversensitivity is helping no one.
Since she has posted regularly - both in the form of cartoons and her excellent written submissions Ms Littlewort has brought a new, refreshing and highly articulate voice to local reviewing and commentating. What I think some people do not seem to get is that ArtHeat has many different tones and levels, ranging from serious reviews, through irreverant reviews to news pieces, visual material and yes, even just chillin' on the web. (And this is not to mention the feedback section.).
You carry on Lizza: you are much respected by many for your excellent contributions.

You seem to be a very angry person. It might give you a more effective outlet if you started your own blog.
See, this is always the response:

All of this based on YOUR advice, when your writing is leaden and dull and witless. Why would anyone take you seriously?
