It is clear that you are completely uninformed when it comes to this show. Firstly it is a group show which indicates that Ed (And Yes, I realise through your comment that he is the shining light in your life, rendering you incapable of reading the names of the other artists)is not the only artist. The title also indicates that the show will host works that represent that which might lead to nihilism. It could also be a show about nothing at all. The title could be misleading. I have viewed Eds work and I believe that it is perfect for this show. I suggest that you drag your critical ass down to blank and view the work before you comment on it.

Inform yourself how? I'm haven't got your fuckin phone number and I don't know you, and I don't need to know the inner workings of your private life to have an opinion about your flier. If you want to work in public, deal with it.

If you're going to use Ed Young's "celebrity" as an advertising tool (which you no doubt are given the fact that you opted to shove his grinning mug on the "flyer") then you should surely be expecting people to associate the exhibition primarily with him. The text "Ed Young: 20 June 07" generally implies a degree of significance from Mr Young that is greater than the rest of the names that are printed smaller and thus (within the most basic advertising/design conventions)less important. Secondly dear Curator, you are a schizophrenic little shit. When you're trying to patronize someone try to keep your personal pronouns the same. You initially say "I" a lot and then sign the post "The curators (who believe it or not are not ed young)". Obviously you are but one sad lonely person who is hopelessly and irreversibly lost in delusions of grandeur without a shred of actual comprehension to support it. Seriously. You later say "PS: I designed the flyer...Ed didn't even see it before the press release. Inform yourself to prevent looking like even more of an asshole". What the fuck? You design a flyer that belittles all but Ed (perhaps the other people mentioned on the right slightly less)through standard conventions and then call people who respond to the flyer in a perfectly acceptable manner assholes. The fucking pot calling the fucking kettle black if you ask me. And where exactly is our poor insultee supposed to inform himself that you, dear sweet excrement NC, designed the flyer? The show runs as a series of opening nights over the next six months. It is however one show. Ed is the first artist showing therefore his picture is on the flyer and his name is bigger. I am also tired of people insulting Ed on line because they have nothing better to do. Keep your personal cobflicts with him to yourself. The picture on the flyer will change next month as will the caption. I'm surprised that you have taken such offence. Surely those who insult others should be willing to take insults in return. Please try not to get so worked up. You are entitled to your own opinion even though you are still judging a show you haven't attended. Please also remember that no press is bad press, so thank you for reacting in the way you did.
i think we should meet over some alcohol and discuss the precedinbgs of the show, you might also influence positively in the course of the exhibition which you should have noticed stretches over 6 months. I am also insulted you believe me to be a figment of carrie's imagination, therefore i will also not believe you exist until you materialize and tell us your criticism in public. good day.
