Insecurities?? You sound as if you think treating other people with dignity equates with lack of self-confidence. Yeesh. What hole did you crawl out of, dude.

Not that what they've done is SO SO SO bad, but I think they really do need to think a little harder (take even longer to come up with an idea) if they want to be taken seriously.
