Johann van der Schijff has won the fourth public sculpture thing. His proposal is to install an arm-wrestling podium on the porch outside the AVA. Thank God that it doesn't involve any bloody new media, we all know how that and public sculpture works out.

Arm westling poduim? who the hell decided to let somthing like that get made? Dont they have one of those arm wrestling things in Grand west?
A bear trap would be a more interestnig public sculpture.
its modelled from the voortreker monument and translates noble afrikaner masculinity, again. a game of mrabaraba would have been more engaging, at least we will use our brains and not our bicepts for some of us have none. the idea is fraught and dear father zwelethu and his team were fools enough to overlook this.
