Cutting it Fine

Been thinking a bit about this whole Trans Cape thingy. I was expecting at least a bit of an outcry, some viscious comments on ArtHeat, but it hasn't really happened. Everyone I've spoken to seems to have expected something disastrous. Could someone show some anger please. Especially all the X-Cape fringe artists who have been slaving away, and who'd organised spaces and everything. Well, I suppose at least there's better weather in March.

fuck cape
i think those people (cape) are bunch of incompetent, up their own arse typical talk talk talk and do nothing bunch of idiots. Who even cares what they do, they cannot be taken seriously...
i new that was going to happen
i think this goes beyond even artheat's powers to disseminate info and facilitate discussion.
I'm just amazed that they haven't even offered an apology. Sorry for the inconvenience or whatever even if funding delays are not their fault, its just good manners to apologise rather than pretend this is just a new ‘challenge’.
Their press release and Jantjes’s blatherings really show no consideration for their audience.
I think Cape deserves alot of credit for all they have done. I mean its fantastic that Cape Town will have an exhibition of this nature. I think they have fuelled stimulating debate, and deserve a big thank you from the whole arts community. So, well done!!!! And when it doesn't happen in 2007 you can always put it off to 2008. And when that doesn't happen 2010. But wait, maybe we should cancel the world cup, cos it might interfere with, like, the art...man. Shoo...
rubbish! judge them on their actions. not on all the fucking hype!
Do the Cape honchos keep paying themselves a nice salary, now that it's off?? How about a deep-throat artheat investigation????
Yes please
Cape Rape
I told you so, I told you so
