Check out the Cape blogger. I know we should stop writing about Ed Young now. But someone commented on the fact that he has now become the establishment. Maybe he should make some new work... soon!

ed young is too intellgent to produce work. whats the point if appropriation etc has been done ad infinitum? let ed be the institution, let him be be the celebrity and the establisment.like the paris hilton of the art world... maybe one nite in ed could be an ineresting new piece?
wow i totally agree . ed making new work would be like paris getting a day job- being a social butterfly is doing something ed! now go out there and flutter those doe eyes.
im sure ed loves to hear that he is too intelligent to produce work. with people saying that why would he need to produce work? besides being a social butterfly, some new work would be certainly btirghten up the tabloids...
ed is nothing but a bad Geers rip of sorry to say
he was once such a sweet boy...
but the "no work" is the work. there's nothing to compare to geers as they are very different artists.
